In order to maintain our Health & Safety Standards, the following rules apply to truck drivers; at all times.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As of October 18th 2024, transportation companies deploying drivers to Termont terminals must have acknowledged in writing the safety rules set out in this document. Transportation companies are responsible to communicate and train all truckers and new hires on Termont’ s safety rules. Truckers must read this document and sign the acknowledgement document provided by their employer. At the Termont terminals, truckers must read the summary of the rules and certify their understanding via their port access card upon arrival.

Send an email the day prior to the terminal visit at security@termont.com and specify:
1. The period concerned, including the start date and the end date
2. the name of the trucker / trainer
3. the name of the person who will accompany the trainer
