  • 160 Transport companies are registered
  • 180 dispatcher profiles and 1960 trucker profiles are created
  • 100% of registered truckers have activated their accounts

Service procedure

  1. Group your operations under the same appointment : for a maximum of 4 operations. Operations must be grouped under the same appointment when these operations are carried out by the same trucker on the same date and time slot and at the same terminal
  2. Create your appointments a few days before the trucker’s visit : By creating your appointment before the day of the visit, you reserve your time slot for the date and time of your choice. You have the flexibility to make last minute changes before confirming the appointment
  3. Confirm your appointment before arriving at the pregate course : Once confirmed, the appointment cannot be changed

RDV Termont is the online appointment booking system (Vehicle Booking System — VBS) that truck carriers must use to schedule their gate visits at the Termont container terminal. No truck may enter the terminal without a confirmed appointment.

How it works — step by step:
    1. Create an account — The carrier or dispatcher registers on the RDV Termont platform.
    2. Submit a booking request — Enter the container number or booking reference for the move to be performed (pickup or drop-off).
    3. Choose a time slot — Select an available appointment window at the terminal gate.
    4. Receive a PIN — The system generates a unique confirmation code (PIN) for the appointment.
    5. Gate check-in — The truck driver presents the PIN at the gate terminal on arrival. If the PIN is valid and the time window is respected, the gate opens.
    Rules for carriers:
    • Every gate visit requires a pre-booked appointment — walk-in access is not permitted.
    • Each appointment is linked to one specific container move and one time slot.
    • The driver must arrive within the booked window; late arrivals may be refused entry.
    • Each PIN is single-use and expires once the appointment is completed.
    Why this system?

RDV Termont allows the terminal to manage truck traffic, reduce gate congestion, improve driver wait times, and synchronize truck arrivals with vessel and yard operations.
